Privacy Policy

Last updated November 7, 2026

This policy explains what the Team Bus app ("the app") collects, who can see it, and your choices. "We" means Team Bus. It covers the app and this website.

The Short Version

What We Collect

Your Account

Your Profile

What You Do on Your Team

If You Contact Support

Whatever you put in your email. Report a Problem in the app fills in the app version, your phone model, the iOS version and your team name. You see all of it before you send.

Stored Only on Your Phone

What We Don't Collect

Players

Players are minors and don't use the app. Your club gives us each player's first and last name, jersey number and position, and we show them only to members of that player's team. The app doesn't show or store players' birth dates, medical information or addresses. To correct or remove a player's information, contact your club or email us.

The app isn't directed to children under 13, and children shouldn't create accounts. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we'll delete it.

Who Can See What

Emails We Send

We don't send marketing email.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. These service providers run parts of the app for us and may use your information only to provide their service:

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

How We Protect It

How Long We Keep It

Deleting Your Account

In the app, open Profile and tap Delete Account. It takes effect right away, and every device you're signed in on loses access.

Deleted: your name, phone number and photo; your team memberships; your poll votes, read markers, opened Updates, headcounts and mute; blocks and reports you made; and your sign-in sessions.

Messages and Updates you wrote are deleted the same way a delete in the app works: the text is removed and the message shows as deleted, from "Deleted account".

Kept: your player's Going, Maybe or Out replies stay with the player's attendance, without your name. If you registered or paid through your club, the club keeps its registration and payment records, signed waivers and payment-plan agreements as the law requires; your account is then emptied and locked rather than erased. To delete those records, ask your club.

Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law. We'll honor them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for big changes, tell you in the app before they apply.
